At the core of Sightline Legal Hold is the Case. The Case will be set up by the Users and contains all the relevant information to a legal hold. Cases can be created, editted, and reported on from the Manage Cases Page.

To add a new Case, select Create New Case. From the Create Case window, a User will also provide a name for the Case, as well as assign a Case Owner and select Users for the Case Management.

Employees that have been added may be edited or deleted using the pencil (Edit) or trashcan (Delete) icons. The list of Employees may be sorted and searched using the headers and search boxes below each header.

The list of Employees is also available for download by clicking the Download icon. From the menu Users can select to download the filtered list or the full list. Both options will download in CSV format.
